De-CoTo Plantfoam

The De-CoTo Plantfoam is an EVA foam contains 85~65% EVA and15~35% cassava starch (non-food source). With the similar properties of existing EVA. The Carbon Emissions of De-CoTo plantfoam is 8~23% less in EVA production, and reduces the consumption of crude oil EVA(Save Energy). The foam responds to the increasing low carbon product demand of consumer. Adopted De-CoTo plantfoam into products with less carbon emission will increases the customer’s purchasing intention. Moreover, EU and USA will charge Carbon Tariff in the near future, low carbon product means less importing carbon tariff for your customer. The De-CoTo plant foam could be thermoforming and thermo-molded, and is easy to be fabricated. The typical applications include insole, midsole, sandals, flooring mat, toy, packing materials…etc.
