The De-CoTo Plantfoam:
1. Formula: 15~35% cassava starch and 85~65% EVA (depend on items).
1. Save Energy: Reduce the consumption of crude oil (EVA )
2. Reduce Carbon Emissions: 8~23% less than existing EVA in EVA production.
( * Making 1kg De-CoTo plantfoam deducts 0.85kg ~2.26kgs Carbon Emissions than making 1kg existing crude oil EVA. ( One tree reduces 10~12kgs CO2/per year)
Features:
- With the similar properties of existing curded oil EVA.
- Could be thermoforming and thermo-molding.
- Easily fabricated.
